- An established design facility – The design team is lead by a Structural Engineer and benefits from the expertise of a graduate in Façade Engineering. Many years of industry experience have amassed through a knowledgeable group of Design Engineers.
- Manufacturing from extruded bar lengths – We have the capacity and flexibility to accommodate the demands of many manufacturing scenarios within our two factories, covering 45,000 sq ft.
- Specialised production control systems and machining centres – Continual investment in specialised systems, which provide greater precision and more efficient scheduling, allow us to respond swiftly to unexpected and changing conditions.
- Site installation – Our installation teams are subject to rigorous employment criteria. All are CWCT accredited and hold a valid CSCS card.
- Contract management – An experienced contract management team is lead by our Construction Director. Each Contracts Manager liases with his client from point of order to handover, ensuring a clear channel of communication and smooth installation throughout.
- Partnering – Partnering and collaborative working are processes towards which we are already geared. This enables us to work alongside professional contractors with a similar ethos to our own, to the benefit of all.
- ISO 9001:2000 accreditation – Our quality management system has been accredited to the standards of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 by BM TRADA and UKAS Quality Management.
- ISO 14001 accreditation – Our environmental management system has been accredited to the standards of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 by BM TRADA and UKAS Environmental Management.
- Approved Document L – Our systems comply with the current, updated requirements of document L and all are tested to the CWCT industry standard.
